Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all video production services provided through this website. By purchasing a service or package, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
We provide professional vertical video production for property listings and marketing purposes.
Services include filming and editing as described in the selected service or package at the time of purchase.
Each service or package includes a limited number of videos, filming sessions, and revisions as described on the package page.
Filming time includes setup and preparation time.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Filming sessions must be scheduled in advance. Clients must ensure the property is clean, staged, and fully prepared before the scheduled filming time. If the property is not ready at the scheduled time, filming will proceed with the available conditions.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Late rescheduling may result in a $100 fee.
3. Property Readiness Policy
The property must be fully prepared before the filming session.
This includes:
- Cleaning
- Furniture arrangement
- Decorations and staging
- Lights working properly
- No visible maintenance issues
If the property is not ready, filming will continue as scheduled. Requests for an additional filming session due to property readiness issues are billed as a new session or hourly service. Weather conditions and natural lighting are outside our control and are not grounds for reshooting.
4. Payments
Full payment is required before filming. Projects are not scheduled until payment is received. All payments are non-refundable once filming has been completed.
5. Revisions
Revisions are included only if specified in the selected service or package.
A revision includes minor changes such as:
- Text updates
- Clip replacement
- Timing adjustments
- Music changes
Additional revisions are billed at $50 per hour.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Most projects are delivered within approximately 3–5 business days, depending on workload and project complexity. Videos are delivered digitally.
7. Filming Sessions
Filming sessions are limited to the duration included in the selected service or package. Filming time includes setup and preparation.
If filming takes longer than the included time, additional time will be billed at $100 per hour, charged in 30-minute increments:
- 30 extra minutes → $50
- 1 extra hour → $100
Additional filming time is subject to availability. Travel within the local service area is included.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Property preparation
- Cleaning and staging
- Access to the property
- Permission to film
The client must ensure that the property is available for the full scheduled filming time. Filming will start at the scheduled time. If access to the property is delayed, the total filming time included in your package will remain the same and will not be extended for free. Additional time, if needed, will be billed separately as described in Section 7 (Filming Sessions).
9. Usage Rights
Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the videos for marketing and promotion.
Videos may be used on:
- Property listings
- Social media
- Websites
- Advertising
Videos may not be resold or transferred to third parties without written permission.
10. Creative Control
Editing style and creative decisions remain at our discretion.
11. Liability
We create all videos to the highest professional standards, including filming, editing, and optimization for engagement and viewer retention. While our content is designed to improve visibility and attract attention, we cannot guarantee specific results, such as booking rates, income, or platform performance.
Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including:
- The platform where the video is used (Airbnb, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Seasonal demand and market conditions
- Competitor content and activity
- Client actions, such as property presentation and listing management
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, which is the maximum we could be responsible for.
