Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all Commercial (Custom Ad Video) packages. By purchasing a Commercial package, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Service

Commercial video production includes:

• Custom concept development
• Scenario-based structure (hook → story → CTA)
• Planned filming and directed scenes
• Editing optimized for advertising (TikTok / Reels)

2. Booking & Scheduling

Filming sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the location, business, or property is fully prepared before the scheduled filming time.

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Late rescheduling may result in a $100 fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Share key selling points and preferences (if available)
• Ensure full access to the filming location
• Prepare the location, including cleanliness, staging, and readiness

If the location or business is not ready at the scheduled time, filming will proceed under existing conditions. Delays in access will not extend the scheduled filming time. Additional time may be billed separately.

4. Concept & Creative Direction

Each commercial video is based on a custom concept tailored to the client’s business.

A general concept or direction may be discussed before filming. Minor adjustments may be made during production.

Changes to the core concept, structure, or scenario after filming are not included and may require a new project or additional charges.

5. Filming Sessions

Filming sessions are limited to the duration included in the selected package.

Filming time includes setup and preparation.

Additional time beyond the included session will be billed at $100 per hour, charged in 30-minute increments:

• 30 minutes → $50
• 1 hour → $100

Additional time is subject to availability.

6. Revisions

Revisions are included only if specified in the selected package.

A revision includes minor changes such as:

• Text updates
• Music changes
• Timing adjustments
• Minor clip replacements

Revisions do not include changes to the concept, storyline, or structure of the video.

Additional revisions are billed at $50 per hour.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Most commercial projects are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on complexity and workload.

Videos are delivered digitally.

8. Payments

Full payment is required before filming.

Projects are not scheduled until payment is received.

All payments are non-refundable once filming has been completed.

9. Usage Rights

Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the video for marketing and promotional purposes.

Videos may be used on:

• Social media
• Websites
• Advertising campaigns

Videos may not be resold or transferred to third parties without written permission.

Performance Disclaimer

Commercial videos are designed to attract attention and improve engagement.

However, we do not guarantee:

• Sales
• Bookings
• Leads
• Advertising performance

Results depend on external factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.

11. Creative Control

All creative decisions, including editing style, pacing, and storytelling, remain at our discretion.

12. Liability

We produce all videos to a high professional standard. However, we are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from the use of the video.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Commercial package, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
